Returns Policy
We want you to love your Nuataaq gear, so if you're not completely satisfied we want to make that return as smooth as possible. If you purchased a product directly from our online store and you aren't satisfied, simply return it to us unused within 30 days through the portal below. We will issue you a refund once the item has been received and inspected by our returns team.
Buy It For Life Warranty
Nuataaq products carry a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturer’s defects for the life of the product. Nuataaq will replace any product found to be defective within the scope of normal and appropriate use. For more information on our warranty, please visit the Buy It For Life Warranty page.
What is eligible for return or refund?
- We accept items that are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging
- All returns or exchanges must be related to a nuataaq.com order. For purchases from authorized dealers, contact them directly
- Returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days from original purchase
What items are non-refundable?
- Items showing signs of use
- Free gifts or promotional items with retail value
- Shipping and handling costs
- Personalized items, warranty claim order, and certain limited edition items aren't eligible for returns or refunds
How soon will I get my refund?
Once your items are received & inspected by our returns team (which can take up to 10 days), you'll be notified about your refund typically within 48 hours.
